Primary/Elementary School Yearbook Sponsor

The Primary/Elementary School Yearbook Sponsor is responsible for planning, designing, and producing the annual school yearbook. This individual collaborates with school staff, students, families, and administrators to collect photos and content that accurately reflects the school year and celebrates student experiences. The sponsor manages all aspects of yearbook production, ensuring the final publication is completed on schedule and meets district and publisher deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency with technology and digital design tools.

• Ability to organize large volumes of photos and digital files.

• Strong proofreading and editing skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with administration and staff.

• Commitment to producing a high-quality publication that represents the school community.

Time Commitment

This is an annual supplemental assignment requiring work throughout the school year. Responsibilities include planning, content collection, page design, editing, communication with staff and vendors, and final production to meet publisher deadlines.
