Southern Boone Middle School is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic 7th and 8th Grade Science Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality science instruction aligned with district and state standards
• Create a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment
• Use effective instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students
• Collaborate with colleagues as part of a Professional Learning Community
• Monitor and assess student learning to inform instruction
• Maintain open and effective communication with students, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri teaching certificate for the position assigned (required)
• Strong commitment to student achievement and continuous improvement
