The Southern Boone County R-I School District is seeking qualified applicants for the 2026–2027 school year for a full-time Reading Specialist position at Southern Boone Elementary School. The Reading Specialist will work closely with students who are most in need of targeted reading intervention and will collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to improve literacy outcomes. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong student-centered philosophy, a commitment to meeting individual learner needs, and a passion for helping children succeed.

Qualifications:
