Full Time Night Custodian

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Keeps building neat and clean at all times.
2. Eliminates fire hazards and promotes safety.
3. Checks doors and windows at night to make sure they are locked.
4. Reports any damage to school property or major repairs needed to Director of Maintenance and Facilities.
5. Moves furniture or equipment within buildings as required for various activities and as directed by building principal.
6. Performs specific cleaning/maintenance duties as detailed and scheduled by Director of Maintenance and Facilities.
7. Works evening and weekend activities.
8. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
9. Adheres to the policies of the Board of Education.
10. Other responsibilities as assigned by Director of Maintenance or Administrators.
11. Enforces student conduct code.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months, full-time.  A two-week notice is required in writing by employee or employer when position is vacated.
